Swordfish or Shark.
We have now fished up to 90% of world's
large fish and an ever increasing number of species are faced with extinction.
Swordfish and some species of shark are 'the tigers of the ocean' - beautiful preditors
in extreme peril. However unlike tigers their plight is largely unknown and
despite their desperately low numbers they still find themselves served up a
steaks for the BBQ.
You can do your bit by choosing to buy more sustainably caught seafood such as
barramundi to lower the demand for threatened and endangered species. For a
